Patsystems are a leading independent supplier of software to the worldwide trading community with offices in London, New York and Sydney.

Requirements

The sales process within this market is a complex and time-intensive affair which relies heavily on the ingenuity and accumulated contact base of individual sales representatives.

Patsystems required a global tool that enabled them to track their sales pipeline and enforce some procedural rigor, but without compromising the autonomy required of their sales force to complete such complex sales.

Solution

A three-stage delivery process was agreed which split this complex system into its major technical components:

  • Contact management.
  • Contact Relationship Management.
  • Reporting.

Results

The first of these three phases is now complete with the successful implementation of the core ‘contacts module’. The client is now in a position to test this application over a period of three months before phase two is initiated.
